What locations do you ship to?
We offer free shipping on all orders over €15. We package & ship orders to the following countries with a delivery time of 3-5 business days:
- Netherlands
- Germany
- Belgium
- United Kingdom
- Spain
How long does an order take to arrive once shipped?
All orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible through many of our warehouses, depending on the fastest shipping method available to your location. We typically take 1 business day for handling and processing your order. The typical delivery time frame is anywhere from 3-5 business days, depending on your location. Please allow extra time during our busy season as postal delays are out of our control. Additional factors such as natural disasters may cause further postal delays. Tracking information is provided with every order. Every order is insured, and if your package does not arrive, you are eligible for a refund or replacement. Will I receive a tracking number for my package?
Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we are able to ship your order. Sometimes additional delays may arise that are beyond our control such as postal delays. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?
Each order is shipped insured to prevent lost packages. If your order is lost during transit or returned to us for any reason, we've got you covered! Once your package leaves our warehouse, the postal service is beyond our control. However, in such cases, because the packages are insured, we will promptly send you a new package with priority shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please refer to our refund and return policy for when they may apply to shipping situations.
